How do I cancel a booking?

To cancel a booking, find it in the All Stays tab and click on the row to access the Stay ID page. Click the Cancel button in the upper right corner (desktop) or menu (mobile).

You must cancel extensions prior to canceling the original stay.

Our 24-hour team will then contact the hotel to confirm the cancellation and determine any applicable fees based on the hotel's policy.

If you need to cancel a booking made in advance, you must adhere to the hotel’s cancellation policy, visible during booking. However, if the hotel notifies our team that they cannot fulfill your specific requests, you can cancel without charge, regardless of their policy.
