By watching a stay, you are opting in to receive email updates regarding the reservation.
To watch a stay and receive email notifications for status changes, notes, or client issues, click the Watch button on the top right corner of the Stay ID page. In the pop-up, toggle the switch to the on position to be added to the Watch list.
To stop watching a stay, toggle the switch to the off position.
Note that if you are the stay contact for the stay, you cannot stop watching it. At this time, agents cannot add other agents to the Watch list.
