What happens once I’ve booked a hotel room for my client?
The booking will be confirmed by our team then verified by the hotel. We will confirm the guest has checked in and checked out on the designated dates.
We Confirm the Booking: After you request a booking, our 24/7 team will email you within 30 minutes - 1 hour to confirm they are contacting the hotel. Please do not send the guest until we’ve confirmed the booking with the hotel front desk.
Verification: We’ll verify booking details with the hotel, including the guest’s name (or alias) and any ID or credit card requirements (if applicable). You’ll receive a second email once these details are confirmed.
Check-In Confirmation: Our team will call the hotel after the client’s arrival to confirm the check-in was successful.
Check-Out Confirmation: After the stay, we’ll confirm with the hotel that the client checked out safely.
