A stay status shows the overall progress of a reservation.
It’s displayed at the top of the Stay Details page or in the All Stays table. The statuses include:
- Sending: The system is processing the request.
- Send Failed: The request couldn’t be submitted; re-booking is needed.
- Pending: A team member is confirming the stay. Do not send the guest yet.
- Won’t Work: The hotel can’t accommodate the stay; the 24/7 team will help the agency make alternative arrangements.
- No Show: The guest didn’t arrive; cancel the stay and note that a one-night fee applies.
- Canceled: The stay has been canceled.
- Confirmed: The stay is confirmed; the guest can check in on the reserved day.
- Active: The stay is ongoing.
- Check Out Pending: Our team is waiting to receive the folio from the hotel; once received, consolidated, and uploaded, the Stay Status will change to “Complete”. No further action is needed on your end.
- Checked Out: The guest has checked out.
- Complete: The stay has ended successfully; the folio is available for review.
- Archived: No further actions can be taken; the stay will be anonymized and hidden after 120 days.
