How do I add, edit, or deactivate an agent?
To manage agents, you must be an agent manager.
Add an Agent:
- Go to the Agency page and find the List of Agents table.
- Click Add Agent and fill out the form. Choose the agent’s User Role:
- Agent Contact: can only see stays they are assigned to and cannot create bookings.
- Agent: can create bookings.
- Agent Manager: In addition to creating bookings, they can manage users and edit agency info.
- Agents will receive an email with sign-in information.
Edit an Agent:
- In the List of Agents table, select the agent’s name.
- Click Edit to update their information.
Deactivate an Agent:
- Click Edit and set the Active status to No to make the agent inactive.
- Once inactive, click Delete to permanently remove the agent’s information.
