Why are some buttons grayed out and unavailable?

Grayed out buttons indicate that an action cannot be completed due to the stay's Status.

Here’s a list of buttons that may be unavailable depending on the Stay Status:

  • Cancel: Unavailable if the reservation has already started.
  • Early Checkout: Unavailable until the reservation begins, for reservations with extensions, or after the checkout time has passed.
  • Extend: Unavailable if the reservation hasn’t started yet or if there’s no availability at the hotel.
