How many staff members in my agency can access Safe Stays?

You can add as many authorized users as your want to your agency's Safe Stays account. Agent Managers have permission to add other users, and there are options for levels of access.


How do we access Safe Stays?

You can access Safe Stays right from your browser on your phone, tablet, or computer—no app store visit required! Once your agency creates an account, simply log in to start booking. All your reservation details and team messages are automatically saved in the portal so you never lose track of a stay. To keep things convenient, you can head to your notification settings to choose exactly how and what you’d like to be notified of via email. 


Can government agencies use Safe Stays?

Yes, we are proud to support government agencies at every level. If you need us to complete vendor paperwork or discuss adjust to our terms of agreement, connect with a team member by reaching out to partnerships@reloshare.com.


I'd like my agency to have a Safe Stays account. How do we get started?

To set up a free Safe Stays account, start by completing an application at this link. Once submitted, our Operational Agreement will be sent to your agency's signer via DocuSign. When we receive a completed copy of that, you will receive an email asking you to complete a final form with details for account set up. After all information is finalized, our Operations team will set your account up and contact you with onboarding details and login information!
