Please wait for confirmation before sending clients to the hotel.  2. Allow up to one hour for our 24/7 Team to confirm your booking, pending extenuating circumstances (e.g., lack of hotel responsiveness)..  3. What is a Task?

Each step required to manage a booking made through Safe Stays is called a task.
These tasks include Client Issue, Confirm Booking, Verify Day Of, Check In Verification, Check Out Verification, Confirm Cancelation, Manual Early Check Out, and Manual Cancelation.
Each task requires one of our team members to contact the hotel and verify the details of the stay with the front desk staff member.
You will receive this email when a task has been assigned or updated:

What is a Task's Status?
A task’s status informs agents of the current state of the task.
Statuses include:  Unassigned: The task has yet to be assigned to a team member.  Pending: A team member has been assigned to the task.  On Hold: The team member assigned to the task was not able to complete the task due to an issue. They will try again when the issue is resolved. Issue is noted within the notes log.   In Review: A “Client Issue” was reported and our team is reviewing the submitted issue.  Accepted/Resolved: Task is completed.   Rejected: Task could not be completed due to an issue. The issue is noted within the notes log.
