Privacy Policy 

As part of our commitment to ensure privacy and confidentiality for our users and their clients, our data retention policy states that we delete and/or anonymize all stay information 120 days post check out, including folios. Please download all folios when they become available in the event your agency needs it for future grant reporting.

Federal Holiday Hotel Extensions

Juggling time off requests and sharing case load responsibilities can sometimes mean things fall through the cracks. Ensure your guests aren’t accidentally displaced by reviewing and submitting any extension requests as soon as possible.  Reservation extensions must be requested at least one day before check-out.

All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. The ILRC’s Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations, such as when ICE agents go to a home.

If you are an immigrant-serving organization or a public defender, the ILRC can arrange to order and ship cards to you for free.

To support peace of mind and provide an added security tool to survivors’ safety planning, Ring has collaborated with the National Network to End Domestic Violence to provide Ring Video Doorbells and Ring Stick Up Cam devices to organizations directly supporting survivors.
