How do I add, edit, or deactivate an agent?

To manage agents, you must be an agent manager.
  1. Add an Agent:
    1. Go to the Agency page and find the List of Agents table.
    2. Click Add Agent and fill out the form. Choose the agent’s User Role:
      1. Agent Contact: can only see stays they are assigned to and cannot create bookings.
      2. Agent: can create bookings.
      3. Agent Manager: In addition to creating bookings, they can manage users and edit agency info.
    3. Agents will receive an email with sign-in information.

    Edit an Agent:

    1. In the List of Agents table, select the agent’s name.
    2. Click Edit to update their information.

    Deactivate an Agent:

    1. Click Edit and set the Active status to No to make the agent inactive.
    2. Once inactive, click Delete to permanently remove the agent’s information.
