Pre-Purchase Credits

As we approach the end of the federal fiscal year, I wanted to remind you that your agency can pre-pay for Safe Stays Credits. Whether you have expiring grant funds or new grant award dollars, ReloShare can bill you now and you can apply the credits to future invoices for no hassle payments.

 

To pre-purchase credits today, simply click on the link below and let us know the amount of credits you wish to secure. Our billing team will then generate a customized invoice for your convenience, which you can apply to future hotel stays.

You can modify a reservation using the Extend, Early Checkout, and Cancel buttons:

  • Extend a Reservation: Request to extend at least one to two nights before the checkout date. If no longer needed, you can cancel the extension.

  • Availability Issues: If no rates are available, the hotel is likely sold out for one or more nights. Try new dates or ask our 24/7 team to attempt a manual extension (not guaranteed). Otherwise, make a new reservation at a different hotel.

  • Cancel a Reservation: If the cancel button is greyed out, the check-in date has passed. Request an early checkout and our 24/7 team will attempt to cancel (fees may apply based on the hotel's policy, which will be known once the folio is received).

  • Check-in Dates: Cannot be amended. Cancel the reservation and rebook with the correct date if needed.

  • Early Checkout Requests: Cannot be submitted for a one-night reservation or a reservation that hasn’t started. In this case, cancel the reservation.

  • Modification Requests: Always make modifications through the reservation page to ensure accurate information on folios and invoices.
